Double Decker Chicken 'N Cranberry Loaf Recipe
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. finely diced celery
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1/2 c. canned orange juice
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts
- Soften gelatin in cool water.
- Mash cranberry sauce with fork in saucepan; add in orange juice; heat, stirring constantly till cranberry sauce dissolves.
- Remove from heat; stir in softened gelatin.
- Cold till slightly thickened; add in celery and walnuts.
- Pour into lightly oiled 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Refrigerate1 to 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
