Double Decker Chicken 'N Cranberry Loaf Recipe

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water.
  2. Mash cranberry sauce with fork in saucepan; add in orange juice; heat, stirring constantly till cranberry sauce dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in softened gelatin.
  4. Cold till slightly thickened; add in celery and walnuts.
  5. Pour into lightly oiled 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  6. Refrigerate1 to 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
