Crockpot Breakfast
- 12 each Eggs
- 30 oz Bag of Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 lb Sausage, Browned & Drained
- 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Spray your Crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Layer hash browns, cooked sausage, and cheeses 2 or 3 times.
- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over top.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10.
