Yogurt Lemon Parfait

  1. Place six 10 oz.
  2. parfait-style glasses on a clean work surface.
  3. Into each parfait layer: 1/3 cup yogurt, 2T lemon curd, 2T crushed graham crackers, 1T coconut.
  4. Repeat until all the glasses are filled.
