Garden Chili Tacos
- 1/2 lb. extra lean ground sirloin Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT FREE Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 8 TACO BELL Crunchy Taco Shells
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
- Brown meat in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add dressing and chili powder; mix well.
- Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add beans and corn; mix well.
- Simmer 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Add peppers and tomato; mix lightly.
- Spoon evenly into taco shells.
- Top each with 1 Tbsp.
