Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
- 1- 1/2 pound Pork Tenderloin, Cut Into 2 Inch Strips
- 3 whole Jalenpenos, Seeded And Diced
- 1 whole Onion, Coarsely Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
- 45 ounces, weight Canned Black Beans
- 2 bottles Budweiser Beer Or Your Favorite Lager Beer
- 16 ounces, weight Your Favorite Jarred Salsa
- 16 ounces, weight Canned, Diced Green Chilies
- 12 ounces, weight Frozen Corn
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cumin

- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours.
