Tater Tot Casserole, Version 9,958
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 white onion, minced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 10 34 ounces milk (i.e., one of the soup cans)
- frozen green beans (eyeball the amount)
- 1 cup 2% cheddar cheese
- 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
- garlic powder
- French's French fried onions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Meanwhile, brown the ground beef, garlic, and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain grease.
- Spread the cooked hamburger in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, stir together the soups, milk, and green beans.
- Pour the soup mixture over the beef and then sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with tater tots and sprinkle on some garlic powder.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Top with some Frenchs French Fried Onions, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until onions are browned.
