Hot Curried Beef

  1. Heat half the oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Cook beef in batches until well browned; remove and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil in pan over medium heat and stirfry onion, garlic, curry powder and ginger until tender.
  4. Add the combined water, apple juice, chutney, VEGEMITE, brown sugar and cornflour to pan.
  5. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.
  6. Return beef to pan and heat through.
  7. Serve with steamed rice and greens.
