Grilled Chicken Parmesan
- 16 ounces, weight Chicken Breasts, Boneless And Skinless
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Spaghetti Sauce, Low Sodium
- 1/2 cups Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 4 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- Olive Oil Spray
- Preheat oven to 350 F and preheat your grill to high heat.
- Mist both sides of the chicken breasts lightly with the olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes per side (or until it is no longer pink inside).
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Heat the sauce in the microwave until warm and divide evenly on top of chicken.
- Then top the chicken with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
