Heavenly Cheesecake
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with graham crumbs.
- Beat Neufchatel, sugar and extract in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gradually add whole eggs and egg whites, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 55 min.
- to 1 hour or until center is almost set.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
- Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
