Monster Cookies

• 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup light brown sugar packed
• 1 cup sugar
• 8 tsp unsalted butter at room temperature
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 4 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 cup m&m's

1. preheat oven to 450 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper lightly sprayed with cooking spray
2. cream together butter and peanut butter
3. mix in sugar and cream until smooth
4. add eggs one at a time mix all after each addition
5. mix in vanilla
6. in another bowl whisk together baking soda and oats then mix into your peanut butter mixture
7. fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and m&m's
8. scoop into 2 inch balls and place on baking sheet bake for about 10 minutes
