Danish Dumplings
- 12 cup water
- 14 cup butter
- 12 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter, cook till butter is melted.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.
- Cook stirring constantly, till mixture forms a ball that does not seperate.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in parsley.
- Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into hot soup.
- Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
