Danish Dumplings

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and butter, cook till butter is melted.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.
  3. Cook stirring constantly, till mixture forms a ball that does not seperate.
  4. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in parsley.
  7. Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into hot soup.
  8. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
