Banana-Raisin Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix raisins and water in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in large bowl.
  4. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Stir in cereal.
  6. Beat egg in small bowl; stir in yogurt and raisins and their liquid.
  7. Add to flour mixture; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  8. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.
  9. Bake 10 min.
  10. or until lightly browned.
  11. Serve warm.
