Appetizer Tortilla Pinwheels Recipe

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients.
  2. Divide filling and spread proportionately over tortillas; roll up tortillas.
  3. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends.
  4. Chill for several hrs.
  5. Unwrap; cut in slices 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick.
  6. Serve with salsa.
