Rum Cake Recipe
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe golden brown cake mix
- 1 sm. instant vanilla Jello pudding mix
- 1/4 c. Bacardi Light Rum
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 Large eggs
- Grease bundt cake pan.
- Sprinkle 1 c. minced pecans on the bottom of pan.
- Mix first six ingredients.
- Pour in pan lined with pecans.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 60 min.
- Cold cake.
- Glaze: Boil sugar, butter and water for 2 or possibly 3 min.
- Pour over cake in pan.
- Let stand in pan for about 10 to 15 min then remove.
