Rum Cake Recipe

  1. Grease bundt cake pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1 c. minced pecans on the bottom of pan.
  3. Mix first six ingredients.
  4. Pour in pan lined with pecans.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 min.
  6. Cold cake.
  7. Glaze: Boil sugar, butter and water for 2 or possibly 3 min.
  8. Pour over cake in pan.
  9. Let stand in pan for about 10 to 15 min then remove.
