Raisin Sauce for Ham

  1. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Blend in apple juice; stir until smooth.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thick.
  4. Add raisins; cook 10 minutes to plump raisins.
  5. Just before serving, stir in butter.
