Mashed Potatoes Ole

• 1 (7 1/4 ounce) box instant roasted garlic mashed potatoes
• 1 12 cups French-fried onions
• 34 cup cheddar cheese
• 34 cup salsa

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Make potatoes as indicated on box.
3. Stir in french fried onions.
4. Spread mixture in ungreased two quart baking dish.
5. Top with cheese.
6. Spread with salsa and top with remaining onions.
7. Bake 3-5 minutes or until onions are golden.
