Yankee Corn Casserole
- 2 cans creamed corn, 16 oz (448 grm). each
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 2 eggs
- dash pepper
- dash salt
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml) ground cloves (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Spray 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake in 375 degree (200 C.) oven for 25-35 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
