Cream Cheese and Shiso Leaves Chikuwa
- 3 Chikuwa
- 1 Cream cheese
- 3 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 Wasabi soy sauce, optional
- Cut the chickuwa lengthwise.
- Don't cut them all the way through!
- Open them up and spread the insides with cream cheese.
- Cut the shiso leaves in half lengthwise and place on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll up the chikuwa from the end, and secure with 2 toothpicks.
- Cut in between the toothpicks in half.
