Broiled Spam And Spinach Sandwich Recipe

• 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
• 1/4 c. country-style Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp prepared horseradish
• 6 slc sourdough bread
• 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cut 12 slices
• 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (9 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
• 6 x thin slices red onion separated into rings
• 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese - (8 ounce)

1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish; mix well.
2. Spread 1 to 2 Tbsp.
3. of the mayonnaise mix on one side of each slice of bread.
4. Top each with 2 slices of Spam, 1/6 of the spinach, onion rings, and cheese.
5. Place on broiler pan.
6. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 2 to 3 min or possibly till cheese is melted and sandwich is thoroughly heated.
7. This recipe yields 6 servings.
