Crab and Shrimp Gratin

  1. Melt butter in skillet, over medium heat.
  2. Saute mushrooms 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour; blend well.
  4. Add half-and-half, stir until thickened, approx 3 minutes.
  5. Add wine, salt, white pepper,and Worcestershire.
  6. Fold in shrimp and crab.
  7. Spoon into 4 (4x6) gratin dishes.
  8. Melt 1 tablespoon butter; toss with crumbs.
  9. Sprinkle evenly over dishes.
  10. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  11. Top with cheese, and dust with paprika.
  12. Bake 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
