Avocado Jello Mold Recipe
- 6 x 8 c. Middle
- 2 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. Canned chicken broth
- 2 1/2 c. Mashed ripe avocado
- 1 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1/2 tsp Worshireshire sauce Salt -- to taste
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. Mayonaise Green food coloring Mold with a hole -- in the

- Combine gelatin with chicken broth.
- Let stand for 5 min.
- Heat slowly and then set aside til dissolved.
- 2.
- Combine the mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, worshireshire sauce, grated onion, lowfat sour cream, and mayonaise.
- Add in a little green coloring.
- 3.
- Fold all together and put into a buttered mold and chill to set.
- DRESSING (OPTIONAL.
- Flavor is sweet/tart 6 Tbsp.
- frzn lemonade 2 Large eggs, well beaten (safer to use 1/2 c. mayonaise) 1 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. sugar

- Heat the lemonade, slowly add in to well beaten Large eggs, (or possibly mayonaise) then add in the sugar.
- 2.
- Whip cream and slowly blend into mix.
- You can put anything you want in the center of the mold (I like big strawberries) or possibly you can just leave it empty!
