Chicken Salad

  2. Dice seitan into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Saute in an oiled skillet, over medium heat until brown all over (about 8 minutes).
  4. Set aside to cool slightly.

  6. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and agave nectar.
  7. 3.
  8. Toss seitan, grapes, onion, and pecans in with the dressing.
  9. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
