Uncooked Lasagna Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 24 ounce. V-8 juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Packages spaghetti sauce mix
- 8 ounce. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 12 ounce. cottage cheese
- 2 (6 ounce.) Packages Mozzarella cheese
- Brown meat.
- Stir in V-8 juice, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
- Bring to boil, simmer 10 min.
- Cover bottom of 13"x9"x2" casserole with tin layer of meat sauce, then uncooked noodles, layer of cottage cheese, then layer of Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat, ending with meat sauce on top.
- Cover tightly with foil, set on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and let stand 15 min.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
