Foolproof Cheese and Oat Bread

• 1/2 tbsp. yeast
• 2-1/2 cup bread flour
• 1 cup oats
• 1/4 cup powdered milk
• 1/2 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 eggs
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine in order.
2. Set Baking Control to 11 o'clock.
3. Select White Bread and push Start.
4. In hot, humid weather, or extremely cold weather, use 1/8 cup less water.
