Sausage Lentil Soup Recipe

  1. Chop onion and garlic.
  2. In Dutch oven brown sausage, drain fat off and crumble sausage.
  3. Return to skillet with other ingredients except mustard.
  4. Simmer covered 1 hour till done.
  5. Stir in mustard, remove bay leaf before serving.
