Quadruple Chocolate Puppy Chow
- 8- 1/4 cups Chocolate Chex Cereal
- 1- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 18 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate M&Ms
- 1.
- Measure out the cereal and pour it into a large bowl.
- In another bowl, sift or whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
- Set aside.

- In a medium bowl, microwave chocolate, butter, and peanut butter for one minute on high.
- Stir.
- Continue to microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.

- Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the cereal and gently stir until coated evenly.
- Pour into a gallon-size Ziploc-style bag and add powdered sugar mixture.
- Seal bag and shake until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture out on a sheet of wax paper to cool and dry.
- Once dry, pour cereal into a storage container and gently fold in M&Ms.
