Chocolate Bliss Mousse Pie

  1. Microwave chocolate and 3/4 cup cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  2. ; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  3. Cool 20 min.
  4. or until room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  5. Beat remaining cream, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently stir half the whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
  7. Stir in remaining whipped cream just until blended.
  8. Spoon into crust.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
