Octopus Parsley

  1. Thinly cut the octopus along the shape of it's leg.
  2. Finely chop parsley and garlic.
  3. Drizzle olive oil in a circular motion and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Lastly, season with a shake of black pepper.
