Herbed Chicken Salad

  1. Combine spice mixture and rub over all of the chicken.
  2. Brown chicken in a skillet and finish in the oven at 350 till internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  3. Cool chicken and chop finely or run through grinder.
  4. Combine with rest of ingredients and adjust to taste.
