Pumpkin-Pecan Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended.
  4. Add sugar, pumpkin and dressing; mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake 55 min.
  9. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool bread in pan 10 min.
  11. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
