Pastel Marble Bark

• 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, broken into pieces
• assorted food colorings

1. Microwave 6 oz.
2. of chocolate in separate medium microwaveable bowls on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min.
3. Stir until chocolates are completely melted.
4. Mix desired food coloring into each bowl of melted chocolate until well blended.
5. (Or, tint just 1 bowl of melted chocolate, keeping second bowl of melted chocolate white.)
6. Alternately spoon tinted chocolates onto wax paper-covered baking sheet or tray.
7. Tap baking sheet on table top to evenly disperse chocolate.
8. Swirl colored chocolates with knife several times for marble effect.
9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
10. Break into pieces.
