Cream Top Gelatin Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water.
  2. Add in lemon juice.
  3. To 1/2 c. gelatin, add in lowfat sour cream and 1/4 c. cool water.
  4. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt mold.
  5. Refrigeratetill set, but not hard.
  6. Mix remaining gelatin and 1/2 c. cool water, carrots and pineapple.
  7. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  8. Pour into mold on top of cream mix.
  9. Refrigeratetill hard.
  10. Makes 6 c..
