Frozen OREO Torte

  1. Split 15 of the cookies, leaving filling on one side of each cookie.
  2. Finely crush the 15 split cookies without filling and 5 of the whole cookies.
  3. Place in medium bowl.
  4. Add butter; mix well.
  5. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  6. Stand the 15 split cookies, filling-sides out, around side of pan.
  7. Spread sherbet over crust.
  8. Coarsely chop remaining 10 cookies; sprinkle over sherbet layer.
  9. Top with ice cream; spread with spatula to completely cover cookie layer.
  10. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
