Salade de Champignons - Mushroom Salad

  1. Wash and dry mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  2. Put mushrooms in a bowl; drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add oil and toss lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and garlic.
