Orange Vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup good-quality olive oil
- Kosher salt and cayenne pepper to taste
- Combine the orange zest, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk vigorously until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Alternatively, you can combine all the ingredients in a jar, tightly cover, and shake until the vinaigrette is well mixed.
- Store the vinaigrette, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
