Orange Vinaigrette

  1. Combine the orange zest, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk vigorously until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Alternatively, you can combine all the ingredients in a jar, tightly cover, and shake until the vinaigrette is well mixed.
  4. Store the vinaigrette, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve chilled.
