Carrot Brownie

  1. In a hot water bath, melt the white chocolate and butter in a bowl.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients and then mix together with the chocolate and butter.
  3. Like this.
  4. Once mixed, mix in the egg yolk.
  5. Once mixed, mix in the grated carrot.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined oven sheet.
  7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 160C.
  8. Remove from the pan and chill in the refrigerator to complete.
