Carrot Brownie
- 100 grams White chocolate
- 40 grams Butter
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 1 Egg yolk
- 100 grams Carrot (grated)
- In a hot water bath, melt the white chocolate and butter in a bowl.
- Sift together the dry ingredients and then mix together with the chocolate and butter.
- Like this.
- Once mixed, mix in the egg yolk.
- Once mixed, mix in the grated carrot.
- Pour the batter into a lined oven sheet.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 160C.
- Remove from the pan and chill in the refrigerator to complete.
