Hummus Tahini
- 1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed well
- 1/2 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 clove Garlic, peeled
- 1/2 large Juice from lemon
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- Combine all ingredients except parsley into a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Put hummus into a bowl and sprinkle parsley over the top.
