Truffle-Porcini Popcorn

  1. Heat truffle oil, 1 tsp.
  2. rosemary, and 1 tsp.
  3. porcini powder in a small saucepan over medium heat 2 minutes, or until warm and sizzling.
  4. Season with salt, if desired.
  5. Pour truffle oil mixture over popcorn, and toss well to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp.
  7. rosemary, remaining 1 tsp.
  8. porcini powder, and white pepper.
