Honey-Mustard Barbecued Short Ribs

  1. Place short ribs in slow-cooker.
  2. In medium bowl, combine mustard, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce.
  3. Pour over ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until tender.
  5. Refridgerate several hours or overnight.
  6. Skim any solidified fat from top.
  7. Remove ribs; heat in microwave or conventional oven.
  8. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  9. Add to sauce.
  10. Cook and stir in microwave or stove-top until hot and slightly thickened.
  11. Pour hot sauce over warm ribs.
