Tofu Cake with Walnuts and An (Sweet Bean Paste)
- 100 grams Japanese pancake mix
- 150 grams Tofu
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams Sugar
- 100 grams Canned cooked adzuki beans
- 20 grams Walnuts
- Cream the tofu, mix in the egg and sugar, add the pancake mix, and fold in.
- Take out half the can of boiled adzuki beans into a container.
- Combine with coarsely chopped walnuts and mix well to make the walnut an.
- Butter a cake pan lightly.
- Pour 1/3 of the batter, and add 1/2 of the walnut paste in dollops.
- Add another 1/3 of the batter.
- Drop on the remaining walnut paste, and pour in the rest of the batter.

- Bake for 35 minutes at 360F/180C, and it's done.
