Leftovers breakfast
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tbsp leftover prepared guacamole
- 1 large leftover fried chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp HP sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 salt and pepper, for eggs
- Heat pan cook your eggs, add salt and pepper, like you like them.
- Plate the chicken, add eggs, and add HP sauce
- Add guacamole on eggs.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
