Meringue Surprises
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Combine the egg whites, vanilla, and salt and beat till stiff but not dry.
- Beat in the sugar gradually till stiff and satiny.
- Fold in the chocolate and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes.
