Chicken Squash Recipe

  1. Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 min.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine soup and lowfat sour cream.
  4. Stir in carrots.
  5. Mix in squash and onion.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Combine Stove Top Mix as directed on package.
  8. Spread half of mix on the bottom of 9x13 pan.
  9. Spread squash mix on top, then top the squash with the rest of the stuffing.
  10. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 min.
