Cheese, Tomato & Broccoli Pita
- 6 ounce KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 pound broccoli spears
- 2 fresh, medium whole tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 32 ounce fat-free milk
- 1/2 pound red or green grapes
- Combine cheese, broccoli (cut into bite-sized pieces), tomato (chopped) and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- Fold ingredients together and stuff 1/4 of mixture into each pita, from which you have cut off the tops.
- Add a glass of milk (8 ounces or 1 cup per person) on the side.
