BLT Quinoa Salad

  1. TEAR kale into bite sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle 1/2 cup KRAFT Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan over kale.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow kale to soften.
  4. BRING quinoa and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  5. Once boiling, reduce heat to lowest setting, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before gently fluffing with a fork.
  7. Allow quinoa to cool to room temperature before assembling salad.
  8. When ready to serve, toss prepared kale, quinoa, tomatoes and OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits together.
