Ground Beef Goulash

  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet; add noodles. Combine water, broth, tomato juice and seasonings.
  2. Pour over noodles and meat mixture.
  3. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add green pepper; cover and cook until noodles are tender.
  5. Add mushrooms and sour cream; heat but do not boil. Makes 6 servings.
