Phyllis' Spinach Quiche

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Add the onion and saute until soft.
  4. Add thawed spinach and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the flour.
  6. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to the spinach mixture.
  7. Cook this for about 2 minutes.
  8. Put mixture into the pie crust that has been baked in advance for about 5 minutes.
  9. You can use either ready made or home made.
  10. Bake at 400F for about 35 minutes and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
