Basic Dough For Biscuits Or Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 env. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 7 to 9 c. flour
- Hot in pan on stove, lowfat milk, sugar, salt and butter till butter melts.
- Cold to lukewarm.
- Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water.
- In large bowl add in Large eggs and yeast to lowfat milk mix.
- Add in flour slowly, beat well and knead till dough is smooth and shiny.
- Put in greased bowl in hot place and cover.
- Let rise till double in size.
- Can be made into biscuits or possibly cinnamon rolls.
- Bake either 15 to 20 min in 375 degree oven.
- Can be doubled.
