Easy Chicken Fried Rice
- 2 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
- 3 whole Carrots
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- Cut chicken up into small pieces.
- Put the chicken in a bowl and mix it with equal parts of teriyaki and soy sauce as well as the garlic, and onion (the sauces should just cover the chicken).
- Place in the fridge and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cook chicken in sauce over medium heat until chicken chunks are no longer pink.
- Grate carrots.
- Put carrots and peas in a ziplock bag and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok over medium high heat.
- Scramble eggs in oil.
- Once the eggs solidify, pour rice, vegetables, meat, and sauce into wok.
- Turn heat to low and let the flavors soak into rice.
- Serve and enjoy
