Tasty Thai Prawns

  1. Heat oil in saucepan.
  2. Add garlic, lemon grass, ginger and spring onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add prawns and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add honey, lemon juice and tomato puree.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Add coconut milk and coriander.
  7. Serve over prepared rice.
